Through April, 2009 - Paintings by Linda Rowell-Kelley are on display, and for sale, at Bar Harbor Savings and Loan through Tuesday, April 14.The bank is located at 103 Main Street, and is open Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

September, 2008 - The painting below, "A Place Of Our Own" is being raffled to benefit the Rumill family of Franklin, Maine.

Hancock County Habitat for Humanity is in partnership with Fred, April and their three boys to build a house. The house is a modest, eleven hundred square foot design, built by volunteers and the family.

Habitat partner families play an important role in all phases of fund raising and building of the homes and pay an interest free mortgage once the project is completed.

The painting will be on display in area businesses and fundraisers throughout the summer and the winning ticket will be drawn on September 2nd.
